Refund and cancellation policy

This policy applies to Portalribbon tech analysis training seats and private cohorts arranged from Dung Sy Thanh Khe St., Lot 91B6, Group 40, Thanh Khe Dist., Danang. It does not cover digital product downloads or physical retail goods—we do not sell those.

Eligibility

Refunds apply only to fees already paid for a confirmed seat or private cohort. Guide prices on the website are not charges. Requests should be emailed to studio@portalribbon.click or called in at (84-64) 859016 with the participant name, program, and cohort dates.

Timeframe for full refund

Cancel 14 or more calendar days before the first scheduled session and we refund 100% of fees paid for that seat, minus any non-refundable materials already purchased at your request.

Partial refund

Cancel between 13 and 7 days before the first session and we refund 50% of fees paid. Inside 7 days, fees are generally non-refundable because facilitator time and studio capacity have been reserved.

Non-refundable items

Custom printed workbooks, licensed assessment tools, or venue deposits purchased specifically for your private cohort are non-refundable once ordered. Administrative bank fees charged by payment channels are not returned.

Deposits

When a deposit holds a private cohort date, it is credited toward the final fee. Deposits become non-refundable within 10 days of the start date unless we cancel the engagement.

Rescheduling

You may move a seat to a later open cohort once at no charge if you notify us at least 7 days before the original start. Later moves may be treated as a cancellation under the partial-refund rules.

No-shows and late arrival

Missing a session without notice is a no-show. No-shows are not refunded. Arriving more than 90 minutes late to a half-day clinic may forfeit that session without makeup.

Work already started

If a multi-day intensive has begun, fees for completed days are earned. Unused remaining days may receive a pro-rata credit toward another Portalribbon program within six months, at our discretion.

Portalribbon cancellation

If we cancel a cohort, you may choose a full refund of fees paid or a free move to a later date. We are not responsible for travel bookings you make independently.

Refund method and timing

Approved refunds return through the original payment method when possible, or by bank transfer to the paying organization. Processing typically completes within 10 business days after approval.

Exceptions

Documented medical emergencies or government travel restrictions may qualify for a goodwill credit even inside the 7-day window. We evaluate these case by case.
